AquaDiva currently ships to addresses within Canada only.

A flat $10 shipping fee applies to all orders. This shipping fee is non-refundable, even in cases of returns. See below for the AquaDiva Returns Policy.

All orders shipped within Canada qualify for free returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after the 30-day return period will not be accepted.

A return request must be submitted through the AquaDiva Returns Portal within 30 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return:

1. Visit the AquaDiva Returns Portal.
2. Enter the requested order information.
3. Select the item or items you would like to return.
4. Select your reason for return and provide any requested information.
5. Follow the instructions provided to access your prepaid return shipping label.
6. Package your return securely and drop it off with the carrier indicated on your return label.

Please retain your return tracking information until your refund has been completed.

Returned merchandise must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with the original packaging
• Returned with all original tags and product components, where applicable

We recommend trying footwear on indoors on a clean surface until you are certain you would like to keep it.

Upon returning, please place the AquaDiva shoe box inside a separate shipping carton or protective outer packaging when returning your order. Do not attach return labels, tape, or other shipping materials directly to the AquaDiva shoe box.

AquaDiva reserves the right to refuse a refund for returns where the original shoe box has been used as the shipping carton or has been damaged by labels, tape, writing, or other shipping materials.

Items showing signs of wear, outdoor use, damage, alteration, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

The original $10 shipping charge is non-refundable. AquaDiva covers the cost of eligible return shipping, but the original outbound shipping fee will not be included in your refund.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving return.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment during regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used.

Please note that estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and do not include order-processing time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of AquaDiva's control.

AquaDiva works with multiple Canadian shipping carriers and reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping service used for each order.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, with other members of your household, and with neighbours where appropriate.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact AquaDiva and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Once you complete and submit this form, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that your product has been successfully registered.

Warranty Coverage
Your AquaDiva boots are covered by a 6-month limited warranty, starting from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered:
-Defects in materials or leather
-Faulty stitching or construction
-Hardware issues (such as zippers or closures)

What is Not Covered:
-Normal wear and tear (scuffs, creasing, sole wear)
-Damage from misuse, improper care, or accidents
-Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance
-Purchases made through unauthorized sellers, or resellers

Important Notes
-Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
-Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
-All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
